Asset and general management strategies for our clients through the identification, analysis and prioritising of risks, followed by a process of implementing risk solutions to minimize, monitor and control the probability and/or impact of unforeseen circumstances.
A comprehensive security risk assessment is conducted through end-to-end operational planning which may also include Equipment, Stores management, Retail, Health and Safety to a degree, Handling of Funds and Perimeter Security. You are then advised on strategies such as risk avoidance reduction and which risks may need to be retained.
For us as Pentagon Security Services we combine our efforts in identifying and analysing potential events that may negatively impact individuals, assets, and/or environment for our clients, and providing recommendations on tolerability of the risk on the basis of a risk analysis while considering influencing factors
